ORBINEX SYSTEMS Precision Intelligence. Elevated.
FOUNDING SITE PROGRAM | NOW SERVING NORTHEAST GEORGIA

Document Today’s Conditions.
Before the Work Moves On.

Construction changes fast. Once work is backfilled, covered, paved, enclosed, framed over, or otherwise altered, the prior condition cannot be recreated. Orbinex creates a repeatable, dated photographic record while the condition is still observable.

Normally valued at $2,550 — Founding Site cost: $0

SCOPE MY SITE

THE TWO-VISIT METHOD

See What Two Consistent Site Visits Make Visible.

A dated baseline and a controlled return visit make physical change easier to see, understand, and share.

SCOPE MY SITE

Three short fields. No contract. No purchase obligation.

LOCAL LAUNCH

Orbinex Is Now Actively Serving This Market.

Orbinex Systems is now actively serving Northeast Georgia and the North Atlanta corridor. To establish our first local recurring-project portfolio and field-validate our construction documentation standard across real projects, the Founding Site Program is open to up to five qualifying construction sites.

Five qualifying Founding Sites. When those five are accepted, the launch offer closes and subsequent projects move to normal quoting.

IRREVERSIBLE CONDITIONS

There Is No Retroactive Site Photo.

Trenches get backfilled. Assemblies get covered. Concrete gets placed. Scaffolding comes down. Equipment moves. Temporary conditions disappear.

A later visit can document what exists then. It cannot reconstruct what was visible before the work moved on.

DELIVERABLES

What You Receive After Each Visit

  • 6–12 labeled aerial progress stills from controlled viewpoints
  • One site panorama
  • A short, standardized progress-video set
  • An organized, dated delivery folder
  • A one-page Orbinex Progress Snapshot describing 3–5 meaningful visible changes in plain language

The work is delivered for people who need to understand the site—not for drone enthusiasts. Files are named, dated, organized, and ready to share with field teams, PMs, executives, owners, or lenders.

THE FOUNDING SITE OFFER

Two Progress Visits. A $2,550 Standard Value. No Cost to the Founding Site.

Orbinex is selecting a limited number of active construction sites within approximately 50 miles of Hoschton, Georgia for its Founding Site Program.

If your site is accepted, Orbinex will complete two progress-documentation visits approximately two weeks apart. There is no invoice, no contract, and no obligation to continue afterward.

Why it is free

Orbinex is building a rights-cleared portfolio that demonstrates the value of consistent, repeatable site documentation. In exchange for the two-visit cycle, Orbinex retains the right to use the imagery and resulting examples in its portfolio and marketing. Your company and site can be anonymized on request.

That is the trade. It is stated plainly because “free with no catch” is not credible.

Availability is limited by travel, weather, airspace, site access, and the fact that every mission is planned, captured, checked, and delivered directly by the founder.

SCOPE MY SITE
RISK REVERSAL

You Keep the Files Either Way

After the second visit, if the comparison is not useful for your team, the program ends there. You owe Orbinex nothing. There is no required sales meeting, no automatic enrollment, and no contract waiting behind the free cycle. You keep every delivered file.

If the record is useful, we can discuss a recurring schedule built around your project stage and reporting needs. That decision is yours.

CLEAR LIMITS

What Orbinex Does—and What It Does Not Pretend to Do

Clear boundaries are part of professional operations. Orbinex documents visible site conditions. It does not replace the licensed professionals responsible for design, surveying, inspection, engineering, or payment certification.

Orbinex does

  • Document visible conditions from consistent viewpoints
  • Organize captures by date, location, and mission
  • Help teams compare visible change over time
  • Provide shareable visual records and plain-language observations

Orbinex does not

  • Certify percent complete
  • Make engineering, code-compliance, safety-compliance, or inspection determinations
  • Represent standard progress imagery as licensed surveying or inspection work
  • Replace the superintendent, project manager, surveyor, engineer, architect, or inspector

The promise is disciplined documentation—not a claim to do work outside our lane.

THE OPERATOR

Direct Operator. Aviation Discipline.

Orbinex Systems is led by Giancarlo “G,” a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, FAA A&P aircraft mechanic, Commercial Pilot, and FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot who continues to work in AOG aircraft maintenance.

In aviation, records, repeatability, revision control, and mission discipline are not marketing language. They are how work is performed safely and professionally. Orbinex brings that same operating mindset to construction progress documentation.

You are not handed off to a call center or a rotating network of unknown operators. G scopes the site, plans the mission, performs the capture, checks the files, and delivers the record.

“Technology changes. Operational discipline does not.”

FIT & SERVICE AREA

Is the Founding Site Program a Fit?

Good-fit sites

  • Active residential development, commercial construction, or land development
  • A team that needs consistent visual progress records
  • Within approximately 50 miles of Hoschton, Georgia
  • Safe, legal flight conditions and practical access coordination
  • Approval for image rights, with anonymization available on request

Not a fit

  • Survey, inspection, compliance, engineering, or payment certification requests
  • A site outside the operating radius unless separately approved
  • Access, airspace, or safety conditions that prevent responsible capture
  • A one-off promotional shoot with no progress-documentation need
HOW IT WORKS

Minimal Coordination for Your Team

  1. Submit the site — Enter your name, phone number, and site location.
  2. Scope it in 20 minutes — We confirm project stage, access, airspace, useful viewpoints, and image-rights terms.
  3. Orbinex handles the capture plan — Once access and timing are confirmed, Orbinex plans and performs both visits.
  4. Receive organized delivery — Your team receives dated, labeled files and the Progress Snapshot after each visit.

One site contact. One short scoping call. Orbinex handles the operating details from there.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Accepted Founding Sites receive two visits, normally valued at $2,550, at no cost. The exchange is permission for Orbinex to use the imagery and examples in its portfolio and marketing. The site and company can be anonymized on request.

Do we have to sign a recurring contract?

No. There is no purchase obligation. After the second visit, you decide whether a recurring program would be useful.

Why are there two visits?

The product is comparison over time. A single visit can document a site, but it cannot demonstrate the value of repeating the same viewpoints and showing what changed.

What does anonymized on request mean?

Orbinex can remove the client name, project name, address, logos, and other direct identifiers from public-facing portfolio examples. Exact treatment is confirmed during scoping and documented before the first capture.

Does this replace surveying or inspection?

No. The Founding Site Program documents visible conditions. It does not provide surveying, engineering, inspection, compliance, or payment certification.

Where do you operate?

The program is focused within approximately 50 miles of Hoschton, Georgia. Every site is also subject to airspace, weather, access, and safe operating conditions.

Who performs the work?

Giancarlo, the founder and direct operator, scopes, plans, captures, checks, and delivers each mission.
